5. Do you sell inventory

in store?


Yes, we have both an in-store and online shopping space for our customers. You can explore a thoughtfully curated collection of boutique-style items, including some items we have created!


6. Can I send in my own design for printing?

Yes, of course, and it’s very simple! Send us an email or text with your file in a pdf format and description of what you’re wanting, and we will get it printed for you. If the file is in the incorrect size, there may be a small resizing fee.


7. Can I get a proof before printing?

Yes! Each order comes with proofs and edits, allowing you to suggest changes and additions. Once the proof is approved by the customer, MK Creative is NOT liable for incorrect information, misspellings, or errors on printed projects.

8. How long will it take


to receive my order?

Turnaround time depends on the product and quantity. Typically, you can expect 1-2 days for small projects, standard orders take 3–5 business days, and larger projects can take up to two weeks. We also offer rush service for 50% of your total order.

9. How do I place an order?

Orders can be placed by calling our store, texting our phone number, reaching out to us on social media, or visiting in person.

10. How do I pay for my order?

We accept online payments, cash, credit/debit cards, and check. If you are a business entity, we can invoice you.

11. Can I make changes after placing my order?

Contact us ASAP! If your order hasn’t been sent into production, we can make the change. A fee might occur depending on the edit.

12. Do you offer shipping?

Yes — you can have your print or online store items shipped right to your door.
