- We are committed to providing high-quality products and services. If you are not satisfied with your order, please contact us within 7 business days so we can address your concerns.
2. Custom Orders
- For all custom orders, detailed specifications must be provided at the time of order placement. Once a design proof is approved, MK Creative & Co. is not liable for any errors in the final product (e.g., typos or incorrect details).
3. Payment Policies

- Final payment is due upon order completion and at pickup or before shipping.

- We accept cash, check credit/debit cards, and online payments.
4. Cancellations and Refunds

- Once online orders are placed, cancellations are not guaranteed. Please contact us ASAP, and we can discuss cancellation depending on the status of your order.

- Cancellation fees may apply based on the progress of your order.

- Refunds for completed orders are not available unless there is a defect that is directly attributable to MK Creative & Co. Please contact us.
5. Turnaround Times

- We strive to meet all deadlines provided at the time of order confirmation.

- Turnaround time typically ranges from 1 day to 1 week, depending on the size of project. Larger orders may require a longer turnaround time.

- Delays caused by incomplete information, customer revisions, or external factors beyond our control may extend the delivery timeline.
6. Shipping

- Shipping times vary based on location, shipping method, and carrier availability.

- Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number to monitor delivery.

- Shipping charges are calculated based on weight, size, and destination and will be added to your final bill.

- MK Creative & Co. is not responsible for delays or issues caused by the shipping carrier once the order has been dispatched.
7. Proofing and Approvals (custom orders)

- On CUSTOM orders, no production will begin until approval is received.

- Customers have 30 days to approve a proof. After this period, a new request must be made.

- Customers are responsible for reviewing and approving all proofs before production begins. Approval confirms that order details are accurate, and MK Creative & Co. will not be held responsible for errors after approval.
8. Pickup and Delivery

- Customers will be notified when their order is ready for pickup.

- Orders not picked up within 14 days may incur a storage fee.
9. Revisions and Additional Requests

- Two rounds of revisions are included in the order. Additional revisions can be done for $5 per prof sent.

- Additional revisions or changes requested after approval may result in additional charges.
10. Customer Conduct

- We expect all interactions to be respectful and courteous.

- Any behavior deemed disrespectful or abusive may result in refusal of service.
11. Privacy Policy

- We respect your privacy and will not share your personal or order details with third parties without your consent.
12. Policy Updates
- Customers will be notified of significant changes affecting their orders.
- MK Creative & Co. reserves the right to update these policies as needed.
